Directions

  1. 1Mix cream cheese, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. 2Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
  3. 3Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to create the crust.
  4. 4Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. 5Spread a layer of melted Biscoff spread over the cheesecake.
  6. 6Chill the bars in the refrigerator until firm.
  7. 7Cut the chilled cheesecake into bars.
