Directions
- 1Smash 16 Oreos in a bowl and set aside.
- 2In a separate bowl combine your dry ingredients: 2 1/4 cups of APF, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch.
- 3In a third large bowl mix together your butter and cream cheese followed by one egg, a splash of vanilla, 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of light brown sugar.
- 4Fold in your flour gradually until you get this type of consistency.
- 5Add your Oreos and some chopped up Hershey's bars and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips.
- 6Chill that cookie dough for an hour and place large discs on the cookie sheet.
- 7Bake for about 13 minutes on 350.
- 8Melt some Hershey's bars with white chocolate and top your cookies.
