Directions
- 1Unwrap the peanut butter cups.
- 2Melt the butter over a double boiler, then add the peanut butter cups and chocolate.
- 3Remove from heat and beat in the eggs.
- 4Add the baking mix and stir to combine.
- 5Fold in the optional chocolate chips.
- 6Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees.

- 1/2 cup butter

- 2 cup bisquick
- 1 cup chocolate chip (optional)
