Directions
1
Combine the lemon cake mix, 1/3 cup of melted butter, a healthy teaspoon of vanilla extract, 4 eggs, and 1 cup of milk in a large mixing bowl.
2
Mix the ingredients well.
3
Add frozen blueberries to the mixture, measured with your heart, and fold them in.
4
Pour the cake batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish with high sides.
5
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
6
After taking the cake out of the oven and letting it cool for about 10 minutes, spoon a full can of blueberry pie filling on top of the cake.
7
Prepare the whipped topping by pouring some heavy cream into a measuring cup.
8
Add Dream Whip powder to the heavy cream.
9
Add a little milk, about half a cup, to the cream mixture to make it go further.
10
Skip the vanilla extract and add lemon extract to the cream mixture.
11
Whip the cream mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
12
Spread the lemon-flavored whipped topping over the blueberry pie filling on the cake.
13
Serve and enjoy your Lemon Blueberry Delight.

Tips
If you don't have blueberries added to your cake mixture, poke some holes in the cake after baking and add blueberry pie filling.
Don't fully cool the cake before adding the blueberry pie filling and whipped topping for a "hot mess" effect.
