Directions
- 1Pour cold milk into a bowl.
- 2Add Jell-O vanilla instant pudding mix to the milk.
- 3Whisk the pudding mixture until well combined.
- 4Place the pudding mixture in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to set.
- 5Peel and slice bananas.
- 6Break Nutter Butter cookies in half.
- 7Layer the halved Nutter Butter cookies at the bottom of a pan.
- 8Place five or six Nutter Butter cookies into a Ziploc bag.
- 9Crush the cookies in the bag using a meat cleaver until finely broken.
- 10Layer the sliced bananas over the Nutter Butter cookies in the pan.
- 11Remove the pudding from the refrigerator.
- 12Add one can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk to the pudding.
- 13Add one tub of whipped topping to the pudding mixture.
- 14Add one block of softened cream cheese to the pudding mixture.
- 15Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 16Pour the mixed pudding mixture over the bananas and cookies in the pan.
- 17Gently tap the pan to settle the pudding.
- 18Cover the pan and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the pudding to set.
- 19Sprinkle the crushed Nutter Butter cookies on top of the set pudding.
- 20Serve and enjoy the banana pudding.
