Homemade hot fudge sauce

Directions
- 1Melt a quarter cup of butter over low heat in a medium saucepan.
- 2Once the butter is melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and half a cup of chocolate chips.
- 3Stir until all the chocolate is melted and dissolved into the condensed milk and butter.
- 4Turn off the heat once all the chocolate is melted.
- 5Let it cool completely and store it in an airtight container.
