Directions
- 1Whisk dry ingredients together.

- 3Pour into a lined 9x9 tray and bake at 175°C for 20–25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- 4For icing, mix all ingredients until smooth and spreadable.
- 5Spread icing over hot brownies straight from the oven, let cool completely, chill until set, then slice into squares.

- 0.25 tsp baking powder
