Creamy Cajun Steak & Parmesan Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Cut the topside beef into cubes.
  2. 2Season the beef with salt, Italian herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. 3Mix the beef until the color changes.
  4. 4Cut white potatoes into small cubes.
  5. 5Chop and dice red onion, broccoli, and bell pepper.
  6. 6Combine the diced potatoes, red onion, broccoli, and bell pepper on a baking tray.
  7. 7Add seasoning mix (Italian herbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley) and parmesan to the vegetables.
  8. 8Mix the vegetables well.
  9. 9Oven bake or air fry the vegetables for 20-24 minutes at 180C/360F until golden and roasted.
  10. 10Cook steak bites in light butter over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and seared.
  11. 11Add extra minced garlic and fresh parsley to the steak bites.
  12. 12Mix until the steak bites are juicy and delicious.
  13. 13Set the cooked steak aside.
  14. 14In the same pan, add extra light butter and extra seasoning (salt, Italian herbs, garlic & onion, paprika, parsley).
  15. 15Toast the seasoning for 2 minutes.
  16. 16Pour in milk, light cream cheese, and grated parmesan.
  17. 17Stir until smooth and melted to create a creamy and rich sauce.
  18. 18Serve the parmesan potatoes and steak bites in meal prep containers, topped with the creamy Cajun sauce.
