Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Place 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2Stir enough to melt the sugar really well, then pour in a quarter cup of water little by little.
  3. 3Once the sugar is fully dissolved and turns into caramel, add two apples sliced thinly.
  4. 4Mix the caramel with the apples very well.
  5. 5After a few minutes, take it off the heat and pour everything into a greased baking dish.
  6. 6In a bowl, add three eggs, then add one tablespoon of cinnamon powder and mix it really well.
  7. 7Next, add a quarter cup of oil, a quarter cup of water, and 1 cup of sugar. Mix everything until smooth and well combined.
  8. 8Now, add two cups of wheat flour. Stir until everything is nicely incorporated.
  9. 9Next, add one tablespoon of baking powder and mix it evenly and well.
  10. 10Now, pour all the batter into the dish where the caramelized apples were placed.
  11. 11Bake it now at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes.
  12. 12Take it out of the oven, turn it over on a plate, and serve.
