Directions
- 1Add all ingredients to a bowl
- 2Whisk all the ingredients together and get everything incorporated well
- 3Store it in an airtight container at room temperature like any other instant coffee mix
- 4Add two heaping teaspoons of mix to a cup
- 5Add hot water
- 6Stir vigorously
- 7Taste and adjust the mix with more sugar, mix or milk

- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup instant coffee or espresso powder
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Tips
- Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
