Directions
- 1Spread pesto on a slice of sourdough bread.
- 2Add grated mozzarella cheese.
- 3Arrange artichoke slices over the mozzarella.
- 4Place cherry tomato halves on top of the artichokes.
- 5Top with cubes of Cambozola cheese.
- 6Grill the tartine for five to seven minutes.
- 7Serve with a side salad dressed with a vinaigrette.
