Protein Pop-Tart Oatmeal

Directions

  1. 1Add oats and enough water to cover.
  2. 2Microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. 3Mix in remaining oatmeal ingredients. It should be very thick.
  4. 4Add the oatmeal to the freezer briefly to thicken up and cool before adding filling/icing.
  5. 5Mix filling ingredients with a splash of cold water until thick.
  6. 6Add the filling to the fridge.
  7. 7Repeat the mixing process for the icing ingredients.
  8. 8Optional: Use a rectangular dish for the pop tart shape.
  9. 9Add 2/3 of the oatmeal, spread to the edges, and hollow the center leaving a thin base.
  10. 10Add the filling to the hollowed oatmeal.
  11. 11Add remaining oatmeal in small globs to fully cover the filling.
  12. 12Top with icing and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
  13. 13Enjoy immediately or refrigerate overnight.

  • 20 g Brown Sugar
  • 15 g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
  • 4 g Cheesecake Sugar Free/Fat Free Pudding Mix

  • 10 g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
  • Splash Butter Extract
  • Cold Water
  • 5 g Brown Sugar
  • 10 g Powdered Sugar
  • 8 g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 5 g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
