Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- 2Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 3Press half inch thick premade chocolate chip cookie dough into the prepared pan.
- 4In a bowl, mix 1 block of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and a dash of vanilla until well combined.
- 5Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cookie dough in the pan.
- 6Flatten small pieces of the remaining cookie dough and place them on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- 7Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- 8Let cool completely then refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
