Directions

  1. 1Boil potatoes in a pot of water.
  2. 2Peel the potatoes.
  3. 3Grate the potatoes.
  4. 4Mix the grated potato with starch and egg yolk.
  5. 5Whisk until combined.
  6. 6Spread the mixture onto a tray using a spatula.
  7. 7Place the leaf template on top.
  8. 8Remove and enjoy.
