Tres Leches Cake
Directions
- 1Make the yellow cake mix according to box instructions.
- 2Remove from the oven and let cool.
- 3Poke holes in the cake with a fork.
- 4Pour one can of evaporated milk, one can of sweetened condensed milk into a cup.
- 5Fill the condensed milk can with regular milk and add it to the cup.
- 6Mix the three milks together and pour over the cake.
- 7Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
- 8In a mixing bowl, beat two cups of heavy whipping cream with two tablespoons of cane sugar.
- 9Once whipped, spread the cream on top of the cake.
- 10Top with strawberries (optional).
