Directions

- 5Pour in the roasted sweet potato.
- 6Squeeze in the roasted garlic cloves.
- 7Add vegetable stock and coconut cream.
- 8Leave to thicken.
- 9Blitz until smooth if desired.
- 10Finish with spinach and the juice of a lime.
