Directions

  1. 1Add peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a saucepan and mix.
  2. 2Heat the mixture on the stovetop until slightly thickened.
  3. 3Crush corn flakes and add them to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well.
  4. 4Add the mixture to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out.
  5. 5Place the pan in the freezer to harden.
  6. 6Once hardened, slice into bars.
  7. 7Melt the chocolate (add oil to thin if needed).
  8. 8Coat the bars in melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  9. 9Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  10. 10Place the tray in the freezer until hardened.
