Pecan Pudding
Directions
- 1Beat eggs until lemon colored.
- 2Mix together corn syrup, sugar, and butter.
- 3Add to eggs. Add in flour, salt, cream of tartar.
- 4Fold in nuts and vanilla.
- 5Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 0.5 cup sifted flour
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.125 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
