Directions

  1. 1Cream together half a cup of butter and 3/4 of a cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. 2Add in one egg and mix until combined.
  3. 3Turn mixer to low speed and add in one cup of sifted flour with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
  4. 4Mix until it comes together; do not overmix.
  5. 5Turn off mixer, and add in half a cup of bacon bits and two cups of cornflakes.
  6. 6Mix quickly until combined.
  7. 7Using a tablespoon scoop, place the cookie dough on a baking sheet.
  8. 8Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

  • 0.5 cup Bacon Bits
  • 0.75 cup Butter
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Sifted Flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Cornflakes
