Directions

  1. 1Put the wagyu beef tallow into the mixer and whip it up.
  2. 2Add all the sugars and salt to the mixer.
  3. 3Add the eggs and vanilla to the mixer and mix until well combined.
  4. 4Slowly sift in the flour and baking soda.
  5. 5Add the chocolate chips.
  6. 6Scoop the cookie dough onto a tray and freeze before baking.

  • 4 cups wagyu tallow
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 6 cups brown sugar
  • 10 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 1 Nestle milk chocolate chips
  • 1 dark chocolate chips
