Directions

  1. 1Peel potatoes.
  2. 2Cut the potatoes.
  3. 3Cook potatoes.
  4. 4Smash the cooked potatoes with a fork.
  5. 5Add cornstarch, salt, pepper and some sugar to the smashed potatoes.
  6. 6Knead everything.
  7. 7Cut mozzarella into small pieces.
  8. 8Take a piece of dough and flatten it, then add mozzarella in the center.
  9. 9Close the dough.
  10. 10Fry the potato cheese balls.
