Hara Bhara Kebab Sliders

Directions

  1. 1Cut the pav bread in half.
  2. 2Spread green chutney on one half of the pav bread.
  3. 3Slice onions and tomatoes.
  4. 4Layer sliced onions and tomatoes on the green chutney.
  5. 5Blanch spinach and boil green peas.
  6. 6Drain all the water from the spinach and green peas.
  7. 7Add blanched spinach, boiled green peas, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and coriander leaves to a blending jar and coarsely grind.
  8. 8Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl.
  9. 9Grate paneer into the mixture.
  10. 10Add boiled and mashed potatoes to the mixture.
  11. 11Add roasted besan and some spices to the mixture.
  12. 12Mix everything well.
  13. 13Shape the mixture into kebabs.
  14. 14Shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown.
  15. 15Place the fried kebabs on the pav with onions and tomatoes.
  16. 16Add cheese slices on top of the kebabs.
  17. 17Spread red chutney or ketchup on the other half of the pav.
  18. 18Cover the kebabs with the other half of the pav.
  19. 19Brush melted butter on top of the sliders.
  20. 20Bake the sliders in an oven until the cheese melts and the pav is toasted.
  21. 21Garnish with fresh coriander.
  22. 22Serve the cheesy, chatpata, super flavorful Hara Bhara Kebab Sliders.
