Start by boiling some eggs.

While waiting for the eggs, slice up a small onion into strips.

Give the eggs an ice bath after boiling, this makes them easier to peel.

Heat some oil in a skillet.

Pan-fry the eggs until they are golden all over to give them extra texture.

Set the eggs aside.

Add a bit of butter to the same skillet.

Cook the onion on low heat until it's caramelized.

Add a bit of gochugaru to make it a little spicy (optional).

Once the onion is soft and brown, add a cup of water and one cube of Japanese curry.

When the curry is all dissolved, add the eggs back in.

Serve this over rice.

Garnish with green onion.

Tips
Adding gochugaru is optional to make it a little spicy.
