Directions

  1. 1Place the minced meat in a frying pan and crumble it with a wooden spatula.
  2. 2Cook the meat.
  3. 3Boil the tortellini.
  4. 4Add the butter to the cooked meat.
  5. 5Pour the cooked tortellini over the meat.
  6. 6Add the Bolognese sauce.
  7. 7Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. 8Cook until cheese is melted.
  9. 9Serve and sprinkle with scallions.

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 80 g butter
  • 300 g tortellini
  • 400 g Bolognese sauce
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 5 g scallions
