1Slice the cooked chicken sausage into thin rounds.
2Dice the zucchini and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
3In a large pot, add a splash of oil, the sliced chicken sausage, diced zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
4Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then stir and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
5Push the vegetables and sausage to the side, then add the Boursin cheese, orzo, and 2 cups of broth.
6Cover the pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
7Remove the cover, add 1/2 cup of broth, stir until the cheese melts, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes while it thickens and the water is absorbed.
8Remove from heat once the orzo is cooked through.
9Serve and enjoy.
