Combine soy sauce, peanut butter, chili oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.

Set the sauce aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the ground meat and cook the fat until it is mostly rendered.

Add spicy chili bean paste and mirin.

Cook for another minute.

Turn off the heat and set aside.

Combine chicken stock and unsweetened milk in a pot.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and set it aside.

Cook the organic ramen in boiling water.

Once the ramen is done, add the sauce followed by the stock mixture into a serving bowl.

Add the ramen, followed by veggies, ground meat, corn, spring onion, and sesame seeds.

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tsp ginger
ground meat
1 tbsp spicy chili bean paste
1 tbsp mirin
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
