Directions

  1. 1Cut the carrots and celery stalks to fit in your pot.
  2. 2Very thinly slice the mushrooms.
  3. 3Add water, carrots, and celery to a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. 4Add chicken brilliance, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, then stir to combine.
  5. 5Let the broth simmer.
  6. 6Place mushrooms and green onions in a serving bowl, then pour the hot broth over them.
  7. 7Top with French fried onions before serving.

Ingredients

  • 8 cup water
  • 10 whole baby carrot
  • 2 whole celery stock
  • to taste white button mushroom
  • 2 tsp chicken brilliance
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp white pepper
  • to taste green onion (optional)
  • to taste french fried onion (optional)

Tips

  • Use thinly sliced mushrooms for the best texture.
  • You can remove the vegetables from the broth after simmering or keep them in the soup.
  • Frozen green onions work well in this recipe and can help cool the soup down.
  • Tempura flakes are a great alternative for the topping if you do not have French fried onions.
  • The broth can be made in larger quantities using a Crock Pot or pressure cooker.
