Directions

  1. 1Chop the onion using an onion chopper and onion goggles to prevent tears.
  2. 2Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. 3Add a bag of frozen homestyle meatballs to the crockpot.
  4. 4Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the crockpot.
  5. 5Add the chopped onions to the crockpot.
  6. 6Pour 4 cups of chicken stock into the crockpot.
  7. 7Add one can of cream of chicken soup to the crockpot.
  8. 8Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red chili pepper.
  9. 9Stir everything well with a large spoon.
  10. 10Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours.
  11. 11Add some pepper to taste.
  12. 12Add two bags of gnocchi to the crockpot.
  13. 13Pour heavy whipping cream into the crockpot.
  14. 14Add a whole bag of spinach to the crockpot.
  15. 15Cover the crockpot again and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  16. 16Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
  17. 17Serve the meatballs with Texas toast.
