Miss Browns Famous Seafood Pasta Salad!

Directions

  1. 1Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the shrimp to a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and old bay seasoning.
  3. 3Toss to coat.
  4. 4Place the shrimp in the hot pan and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until the shrimp are just cooked.
  5. 5Cook crab meat in the same pan.
  6. 6Set aside.
  7. 7In a large serving bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  8. 8Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab, tuna, celery, onion, and bell pepper, eggs and toss to combine and coat with the dressing.
  9. 9Season to taste with garlic power, onion powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
  10. 10Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to overnight.
  11. 11Sprinkle with the parsley and paprika right before serving.

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 heavy pinches Old Bay seasoning
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise (preferably Dukes)
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup sweet relish
  • 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps Dijon mustard
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 8 oz crab claw, special or lump meat, canned or picked from shells
  • 5 oz solid white tuna in oil, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 sweet or red onion, diced
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • a few pinches garlic powder
  • a few pinches onion powder
  • a pinch sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika, for sprinkling
