Creamy Chilli Oil Noodles

Directions

  1. 1Blend paneer (or cottage cheese or tofu), peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, honey, hot water and a pinch of salt until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. 2In a heatproof bowl, add grated ginger, grated garlic, chopped spring onion whites, chili flakes or chili crisp, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3Pour hot neutral oil over the chili oil ingredients and mix well.
  4. 4Add the chili oil into the blended paneer sauce and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5Pour the combined sauce over drained and rinsed shirataki noodles.
  6. 6Toss well.
  7. 7Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
  8. 8Serve immediately and enjoy.

  • 120 g silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Neutral oil, hot
  • 200 g Shirataki noodles, washed & drained
  • for garnish Spring onion greens
