Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls With Jerk Alfredo Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Add seasoning to the chicken meat and mix well.
  2. 2Add jerk marinade to the seasoned chicken and mix well.
  3. 3Cover the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
  4. 4Dice red onions.
  5. 5Dice bell peppers.
  6. 6Prepare the coleslaw mix, which includes red cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots.
  7. 7Add apple cider vinegar and brown sugar to the coleslaw mix and mix well.
  8. 8Heat avocado oil in a skillet.
  9. 9Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until fully done, flipping once.
  10. 10Perform a 'peek test' on the chicken to ensure it is cooked through.
  11. 11Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and shred it.
  12. 12In the same skillet, add red onions and bell peppers and cook them down.
  13. 13Add the shredded chicken back to the skillet with the cooked onions and bell peppers.
  14. 14Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and mix all ingredients thoroughly to combine flavors.
