Directions
1
First you need crab sticks, slice them.
2
Then slice some green onion.
3
Break up a cooked salmon and add to a bowl with crab sticks and green onions.
4
Add softened cream cheese, sriracha, and Kewpie mayo.
5
Mix until just combine and set aside.
6
In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, and heat it in the microwave to help dissolve it.
7
Add in a bowl hot white rice and mix in your rice seasoning in two sessions to make it easier to absorb.
8
Now set that aside.
9
In a baking pan, grease it with a little bit of sesame oil.
10
Add in the seasoned rice for the bottom layer and sprinkle on some furikake.
11
Layer the salmon and crab mixture on top.
12
Now just even it out and bake.
13
While it's baking, mix Kewpie mayo and sriracha for drizzling on later.
14
After the salmon sushi bake is cooked, drizzle on the spicy mayo and unagi sauce, and top with more furikake and green onions.
