Directions
- 1Peel the potatoes.
- 2Slice the potatoes using a mandoline slicer.
- 3Mix the heavy cream, butter, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- 4Layer the potatoes in a baking dish, adding the cream mixture between the layers.
- 5Add butter cubes on top.
- 6Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- 7Bake until golden brown.
