Carnivore Crispy Bacon Chaffles

tiktok.com
Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Gather four ingredients: a cup of pork rind crumbs, a half cup of butter, crumbled bacon (you can use bacon bits or sugar-free bacon if you prefer), and four eggs.
  2. 2Add all ingredients into a bowl.
  3. 3Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. 4Preheat the waffle maker while preparing the ingredients.
  5. 5Once the waffle maker is preheated, take a scoop of the mixture and place it into each waffle slot. This mixture will make about four chaffles.
  6. 6Close the waffle maker and let it cook until the light indicates it's done.
  7. 7Once the light goes off, the chaffles are done and should be crispy.
  8. 8Remove the chaffles from the waffle maker.
  9. 9Place the chaffles onto a cooling rack over a baking sheet to keep them crispy and prevent sogginess.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • crumbled bacon
  • 4 eggs

Tips

  • You can crumble your own pork rinds if you want.
  • You can use bacon bits if you like, for a cleaner option use sugar-free bacon.
  • How much batter you put in the waffle maker will determine the thickness of the chaffles.
  • Go another round if the chaffles are not crispy enough.
  • Put the chaffles onto a cooling rack to keep them crispy and prevent them from getting soggy.
