High Protein Garlic Parmesan Steak Alfredo Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic powder, parsley, smoked paprika and olive oil.
  2. 2Mix until the color changes.
  3. 3Cook steak bites for two minutes each side on medium-high heat until golden and juicy.
  4. 4Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic and parmesan cheese.
  5. 5Mix until well coated, then set aside.
  6. 6Add chopped garlic and onion, cook for five minutes.
  7. 7Add extra seasoning.
  8. 8Give it a mix, then add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and pasta water.
  9. 9Stir until smooth, let it bubble.
  10. 10Add your cooked pasta, give it a good mix.
  11. 11Serve with your delicious steak bites.

  • 300 ml Light Evaporated Milk
  • 130 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 210 g Uncooked Pasta
  • 520 g Cooked Pasta
  • 50 ml Pasta Water
