Directions

  1. 1Combine yogurt and baking soda in a bowl. Let it rest for a minute.
  2. 2Add sugar, sunflower oil, and milk. Whisk until combined.
  3. 3Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until a lump-free batter forms. Do not overmix.
  4. 4Transfer batter to a 5.5 X 3.5 inch rectangular mold and microwave on regular heat for 3 minutes.
  5. 5Place a chocolate bar on top of the cake and microwave for 2 minutes until melted.
