Directions
- 1Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
- 3Pour half the cake batter into a large mug followed by half the cinnamon swirl mix.
- 4Pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
- 5Pipe on the rest of the cinnamon mix.
- 6Mix together sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle this all over the cake.
- 7Microwave on medium (400W) for 1 minute and 20 seconds or until there's no wet batter left.
