9Spread the shrimp paste on a slice of bread.
10Cover the shrimp paste with panko to make it extra crispy and press it in.
11Check if the oil is hot enough by checking if a wooden chopstick dropped in creates bubbles.
12Carefully place the shrimp toast in the hot oil, shrimp faces down, and flip it several times until the toast is golden brown and the shrimp is cooked thoroughly.
