Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

Directions

  1. 1Peel and chop about six to seven small russet potatoes.
  2. 2Add one package of chopped, smoked, fully cooked sausages.
  3. 3Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
  4. 4Add two and a half cups of chicken broth.
  5. 5Cook on low for about six hours until the potatoes are tender (or 5-6 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high).
  6. 6Stir in half a block or four ounces of cream cheese.
  7. 7Stir in about a cup of half and half.
  8. 8Let everything heat through on low for about another 20 to 30 minutes.
  9. 9Serve with a little bit of shredded cheese, if desired.
