Start by throwing a pound of ground beef into a hot oiled pan.

Break up the ground beef, brown it, drain it, and season it.

Set the ground beef aside.

Grab a greased 9x13 baking dish and four Yukon gold potatoes.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

Layer the thinly sliced potatoes across the bottom of the baking dish.

Add some seasoning to the potatoes.

Bring the ground beef back in and place it on top of the potatoes.

Spread the ground beef out in an even layer.

Get a mixing bowl or a measuring cup.

Add one can of cream of mushroom soup and a half a cup of whole milk to the bowl.

Whisk the soup and milk until beautifully combined.

Pour the mixture as evenly as possible onto the meat.

Throw the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour.
