Directions

  1. 1Add baby potatoes, cooked beef, and taco seasoning into a crock pot.
  2. 2Add one can of drained rotel and one can of cheese soup to the crock pot.
  3. 3Stir the ingredients together and put the lid on the crock pot to cook on low heat.
  4. 4Add shredded cheese and sprinkle on parsley to finish.

  • 1 pound cooked beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pinch parsley (optional)
