Cinnamon Roll French Toast Rolls

Directions
- 1Mix together butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon until combined.
- 2Cut the crusts off the bread.
- 3Roll out flat.
- 4Spread over the cinnamon butter.
- 5Roll up tightly.
- 6Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla until combined.
- 7Dip the rolls in the mix.
- 8Melt some butter in a pan and toast each side until golden.
- 9Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon then coat the rolls in the mix.
- 10Mix together softened butter, cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
- 11Pipe the icing over the rolls.

- 2 medium eggs
- 60 ml milk
- vanilla
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 20 g unsalted butter, softened
- cream cheese
- 25 g icing sugar
