Directions

  1. 1In a pot, add A1 sauce and water.
  2. 2Add onions, paprika, salt, black pepper, raisins, and garlic.
  3. 3Add the juice of two oranges.
  4. 4Strain the mixture.
  5. 5Reduce the sauce until it thickens.
  6. 6Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  7. 7Sear the steak in a hot pan.
  8. 8Add butter, rosemary, thyme, and garlic to the pan.
  9. 9Cook the steak to your liking.
  10. 10Slice the steak and serve with the sauce.

  • 1 bottle A1 sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 handful rosemary
  • 1 handful thyme
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 steak
