Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.

Sear pork chops for 4 minutes on each side, ensuring to sear the sides as well.

Set aside the seared pork chops on a separate plate.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the pan, and then add the minced garlic.

Cook the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add honey, chicken broth, and rice wine vinegar to the pan and mix.

Cook the sauce over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring periodically, until it reduces and thickens.

Add the seared pork chops to the pan.

Add the drippings from the pork chops to the pan.

Baste the pork chops with the honey garlic sauce.

Preheat your oven to broil and place the pan in the oven for 2 minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
