Slice your steaks into cubes.

Season with salt, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, lime juice, and olive oil.

Mix till the color changes.

Slice your potatoes into small cubes.

Add salt, Italian herbs, garlic, paprika, and optional olive oil to the potatoes.

Mix well, then oven bake or air fry for 20 minutes till golden and crispy.

Cook your steak bites for 2 minutes each side on medium high heat.

Lower the heat, add more butter and parsley, mix till coated then set aside.

Add chopped garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes.

Add Italian herbs and chipotle paste.

Give it a mix before adding evaporated milk, light cream cheese and parmesan.

Mix till smooth then drop your crispy potatoes.

1200 g Beef Steaks cut into cubes
2.25 Tsp Salt

1.5 Tsp Cumin
2.25 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1.5 Whole Lime Juice
3 Tsp Olive Oil
30 g Light Butter
Fresh Garlic Paste
1200 g Raw White Potatoes Cubed
3 Tsp Italian Herbs
2.25 Tsp Garlic Powder
2.25 Tsp Paprika
2.25 Tsp Salt
3 Tsp Olive Oil (Optional)
4.5 Garlic Cloves chopped
150 g Red Onion chopped
1.5 Tsp Italian Herbs
75 g Chipotle Chilli Pasta
375 ml Light Evaporated Milk
150 g Light Cream Cheese
45 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Chopped Parsley

Tips
Season and marinate your steak bites for at least 30 mins for better flavour
Cook the steak bites on medium high heat for 2-3 mins each side in some butter. You want to get a nice brown crust
Don’t overcrowd the pan!
Bake or air fry the potatoes for 20-22 mins at 200C / 400F
Cook the garlic and onion for 5 mins till soft then add the herbs and chipotle paste. Mix this in well before adding the milk
You do not need to cook the sauce, just mix it on low heat till smooth then add the potatoes
