Add garlic, butter, and olive oil in a pan.

Stir until melted.

Add tomato paste and stir.

Add crushed clover and chilies.

Add some vodka to deglaze the pan.

Add a little bit of heavy cream.

Add some sugar and salt.

Stir and cook.

Add parmesan cheese.

Stir it up once more to melt it.

Add the ravioloni.

Add in pasta water to loosen the sauce and make it all glossy.

Stir.

Add some burrata on top.

Hit it with a little bit of olive oil, flaky salt and pep.

3 tbsp salted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
0.33 cup tomato paste
1 tsp Calabrian chili
1 shot vodka
0.75 cup heavy cream
0.5 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1 cup grated parmesan, divided
Kosher salt
olive oil
flaky salt
pepper
