If you are going to make jerk chicken, you can use a chicken seasoning of your choice or an all-purpose seasoning. If you are going to do pork, you can use a meat seasoning of your choice or an all-purpose seasoning. Then, you add the dry jerk rub. Remember to use the jerk marinade alongside the dry rub.
Salt can be added to this recipe if you desire, although it was not used here.
