Directions

  1. 1Slice green bell pepper.
  2. 2Slice red bell pepper.
  3. 3Slice red onion.
  4. 4Slice white onion.
  5. 5Place all sliced vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  6. 6Slice boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
  7. 7Clean the cutting area.
  8. 8Add the sliced chicken to the bowl with the vegetables.
  9. 9Pour olive oil over the chicken and vegetables.
  10. 10Add one whole packet of spicy taco seasoning.
  11. 11Add ancho chili powder.
  12. 12Add chili and lime seasoning.
  13. 13Add Worcestershire sauce.
  14. 14Add lime juice.
  15. 15Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  16. 16Lay out the mixed ingredients on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  17. 17Add minced garlic to the mixture on the baking sheet.
  18. 18Mix the garlic into the fajita mixture on the baking sheet.
  19. 19Place the baking sheet in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  20. 20After about 15 minutes, take the baking sheet out of the oven.
  21. 21Stir the fajita mixture on the baking sheet.
  22. 22Add shredded cheese on top of the fajita mixture.
  23. 23Put the baking sheet back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  24. 24Once the cheese is melted, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  25. 25Top with chopped cilantro.
  26. 26Serve the chicken fajitas in tortillas.
