Directions

  1. 1Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan.
  2. 2Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
  3. 3Add butter and stir until melted.
  4. 4Cook until the mixture reaches 119°C (246°F).
  5. 5Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. 6Pour the mixture onto a silicone mat and let it cool completely.
  7. 7Once cooled, cut and shape the flexible chocolate.

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
