Homemade Gumdrop Candy

Directions
- 1Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a bowl.
- 2Add a whole bag of marshmallows (10 oz).
- 3Add 11 oz of white baking chips or white chocolate chips.
- 4Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- 5Melt the mixture down over a double boiler or in the microwave, mixing frequently until all melted and it has a thick nougat-like consistency.
- 6Once melted and thick, add in the chopped gumdrop candies and fold them in.
- 7Dump the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.
- 8Evenly press the mixture into the pan using another piece of parchment paper to quickly press and pull.
- 9Stick the candy in the refrigerator to set up before cutting it.

Tips
